| Refunds are not allowed on our Halloween Party Invitations, masks, wigs, hats, or make-up.
Items purchased between October 1st and November 15th are considered final sales and will not be authorized for return.
Return Authorization (RA) requests must be made via email to service@creepycloset.com within 3 days of receipt. Please state reason for return.
All returns MUST have a Return Authorization number issued by Creepy Closet and the original paperwork included in the carton. Credit can not be issued without it. Shipping cost is not reimbursed unless the error is due to an error we've made in filling the order. It is recommended that a method for shipping with delivery confirmation is used.
If the return is due to a order fulfillment error, a replacement will be ordered and shipped at no charge.
A $7.00 restocking fee will be assessed on any return meeting the following criteria:
- If return guidelines have not been followed.
- Order entry errors that are NOT the fault of Creepy Closet.
- Any order that is returned to us for the reason of refused delivery.
An additional 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit on costume returns that require re-bagging.
If your item was damaged in transit, it must be reported via email to service@creepycloset.com within 3 days of receipt. Do not report damage to the carrier directly. We can not be responsible for claims unless they are initiated by us. Please do not dispose of any of the original packaging material as it may be required to be inspected by the carrier to evaluate the damage claim.
If a replacement is required it should be specified at the time of the return request. Replacement orders will be entered as new orders and the purchase of it is required at that time.
Credit will be issued for the incorrect item within 3 business days of receipt by our warehouse and under the conditions specified above. If credit is denied, the disputed item will be held for a review period of up to 30 days. |
